Importance Of A Vision
Before you engage in fitness it is critical to have a vision of what you are trying to accomplish. Goals are very different from having a vision. Saying you want to lose 10 pounds is a goal where saying you want to feel healthier, look better, be able to keep up with your kids are all more like a vision. Visions need to be specific and clear. Once a clear vision is in mind then the first step towards success has been achieved.
