Ingredients: 1 Cup Water, 2 Medium Bananas, 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Vanilla, 1/2 Cup Dried Pitted Dates (6-7 dates), 1 Cup Frozen Cherries, 1 Cup Ice, 1 Tbsp Ground Flax, 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts, 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds.

This is also a great smoothie to add some protein powder to if you can take the extra calories. I added Vega chocolate protein along with some cayenne pepper and it took this smoothie to a whole new level! Of course account for the extra macros when adding into a food app.
